Mark and I love fish. We catch it and we love to eat it. And I love to cook it. Fresh water or salt swimmers, our taste buds translate them both as yummy.


Fish is the first course of the Shabbat evening meal, so our meat choice was decided before we left our apartment and walked left onto Agrippa Street in the market’s direction that morning.
