Beautiful! I love your descriptive writing...I'm right there with you! (Just read Dorothy's response and she sure hit the nail on the head!) Thank you for sharing your gift with us! Also the idea of really listening to those around us and praying for them by name instead of lumping them all in one God bless; God by with; God heal; etc. struck home to me today as I drove home from the airport!
Hey Roann. Thanks for sharing that encouragement. My writing subjects are almost always areas that I NEED to grow in :) Names. Praying by name is such a thing right now. Somehow it blocks out the overwhelming and massive global need and allows us to imagine just one face, hear a name, and place that person before the throne of God.
My thought is that it makes praying so much more personal instead of just lumping all my friends, family, and others into one big generic lump and not addressing individual needs seems a bit lazy. Being more specific and intentional and personal in my prayers life...more like Paul as one preacher on the radio was saying today! Have a great day! So glad you got to enjoy the beautiful colors of God's creation so you could share with us!
My goodness, Girl! I felt like I was right there! It so challenges me to pay more attention to details - and write them down! I'm not the writer you are, but when I allow myself, I can see those details and perhaps engage a bit more with our "thumb typed texting" world. Thank you for sharing your gift of writing as well as your gift of gab. You brighten our world, friend!
And usually I can’t comment, I live in the valley, the constellations have to be aligned . I got lucky tonight 😘😘

Thanks Dorothy. I miss way more than I catch. Eye contact, ears to listen, it's such an odd challenge in today's world.
Indeed! It's really just taking the time and being intentional when our lives are so (too?) full that's hard.
You got the gift of gab girl, Mark knows it. That was a lovely story✅
No doubt. All those times of getting kicked out of the library for talking - paid off! Haha.
